We needed some work done in our backyard to improve its usability. Called Black Rock Land Group and talked to Jordan. He came out and looked at our property himself to discuss what we wanted and how it could be done. He was very professional and up front about the work needed and costs (which were very competitive with quotes from other companies). Due to rules in our neighborhood, our fencing makes the space tight and difficult to work in, especially with equipment. That was no problem for them. They came with the right equipment for the space and made it look easy. Everything was on time and on budget, exactly like we were told from the beginning, with great communication the whole time. If you haven’t figured it out yet, obviously they did a fantastic job, exactly how we envisioned everything. Zero complaints. Our yard looks brand new, and it looked like nobody had been there once they were done. I know looking for a company to do this kind of work can be overwhelming, and you worry about the quality and costs. Give them a call. You won’t regret it.

The work was completed efficiently, the pricing was fair, and when they finished, they cleaned everything up and left the property looking great.

I reached out to Jordan after being referred by a friend. He came out and gave a reasonable quote and started shortly after. Graded my side yard that was not sloped correctly and brought some topsoil in. One-day project, in and out. I ended up laying the sod myself, as I'm a weirdo about grass. A+
